Scared - feeling sick and dizzy on holiday

I'm 9+6 and I'm on holiday in Tenerife.
I've been out in the sun all day but made sure I kept re applying sun cream (factor 30) and drinking loads of water.

Just been for a meal and I'm now feeling sick and dizzy. I felt a bit funny this afternoon when I came in.

Should I just try and sleep it off?

Sounds like you're overheated, try sitting in the shade the rest of the time, your blood pressure is lower in pregnancy and heat can make it worse. Hope you feel better. x

You need a hat or to sit in the shade tomorrow.

Yes, just sleep it off, try to keep cool. Just stay out of the sun tomorrow and take it very easy. Siesta time methinks. Have a lovely holiday.

I went to Turkey when I was 15 weeks pregnant, in JULY!! It was 51c and I passed out multiple times. Def stay out of the sun, keep inside during the hottest times, rest and drink plenty.
