I had three sets of BH last night strong enough to wake me is this normal at 28+4. I never had really strong ones with my son till i was around 35 weeks, i am worried this means she wants out early Confused

My MW says they can start from 28 weeks so don?t worry it sounds perfectly normal. Smile

I've been able to feel them from 20wks, which MW said was normal, but they're not painful so I'm not sure if that makes a difference to their importance/impact.

Can you ring your MW and ask?

I had really strong BH that woke me up, though not til about 35 weeks. They were really painful - I thought labour was starting. DD was 14 days late and the contractions were very painful right from the beginning, but I don't know if there's any connection.

MW said all normal after 26 weeks Shock fun times ahead i fear...
