Do I need to get checked out? It was about an hour ago and it wasn't exceptionally hard, but enough to make me screech a bit. I was laying sideways on the sofa and she was climbing up, so she feel on the side of it, not straight on, if that makes sense?

I am only 25 weeks, I don't think I've felt the baby move since then, but he does have periods where he's less active and I might just not have noticed. I have no one to look after my other DC if I go and feel like if I ring then he'll move as soon as I'm on my way over.... I'm thinking I'll wait an hour or so and see if he moves. I've no bleeding or anything.

Typically, he has moved a bit now I've just posted that. Does that mean all is ok?

This same thing happened to me last night and I am 39 wks, I think as long as you have felt movements since I personally wouldn't worry - there's a lot of cushioning in there to protect the baby.

If you ARE worried though it won't do any harm to ring your MW just to see what they say. Sorry that's not very helpful

Baby is well protected in there, you should be fine. Especially as you've felt him move. If you're worried, call your midwife :)

As long as you're not in any pain I would imagine everything is fine but take it easy and keep an eye on things :) x
