I had a sweep today and was 1cm dilated, nothing happened for about 1.5hrs afterwards, but since about 5.30pm I've had a very loose tummy (sorry tmi) and really low aching/pain all around my lower back, which has been coming in spurts. No sharp pains yet and nothing round the front, but just wondering?
This is DC2 and last time I was induced so don't know the really early signs of natural labour...
