Braxton hicks or just baby pushing..

Most of the day today, my stomach hardens and then it feels like it gets pushed forward (sometime I think it will explode Grin) and it usually last for a minute or two. Then eases again. Sometimes it was even up to 4-5 min..

I haven't really felt baby today. I have the feeling it is with his back toward my stomach..

Could it be Braxton hicks or just the baby growing and trying to push for room??

Oh I'm 27+3 weeks

I think this is Braxton hicks. I'm experiencing exactly the same and been diagnosed as BH. Been happenning since 14 weeks for me....

Kelly- is it something to worry about? Does this mean that the baby will come sooner..
If it is BH then I'm having it already since about 20 weeks. Just yesterday was pretty frequent and lasted all afternoon

I had this from 20 something weeks that happened on occasion and I thought it was baby pushing (my 3rd baby and never had BH before). When I was being monitored at 36 weeks they questioned if I could feel the tightenings I was getting and that's when I realised it was BH I'd been having. I've been having LOTS since 36 weeks, often every 5 minutes for about a minute to a minute and half - thought I might end up early but I'm due Monday!

I had BHs when I did too much earlier on in my pregnancy. Midwife said it was my body telling me to slow down. They are nothing to worry about but you may want to try to take time out and relax a little more. I also get very hard lumps in my bump when baby has a stretch which feels similar...quite odd but very normal.

I am 38+ have BH for entire day in every 15 to 20 min and lasts 1 or 2 min.. no matter sitting, standing or walking..

This is so strange, I have just realised that this is what is happening to me. Feels like baby is trying to push himself out of my belly for a minute or so and then goes back to normal.

Although normal for me at the moment is him curled up on one side very uncomfortably! (im 29+4wks).
