Midwife says possible SPD, but I'm not convinced

Hi all. I am looking for your SPD experiences and opinion if you think I might have it. Midwife thinks I do, and has referred me, but following a google search, my symptoms don't seem to match.

I have low abdomen pain, where it was almost unbearable pain when midwife was looking for heartbeat (I am 16 + 3). Recently i leant against the kitchen worktop to reach a cupboard and when my abdomen touched, it made me jump back with pain. In the evening I have strong, constant stretching pains down both of my sides from rib cage to abdomen, but does not hurt across the front. My 'bump' is very very obvious in the evening/night, but barely visible by morning. I also have back pain when bending, but not constant.

What do you think? I am confused because my pelvis itself doesn't seem to hurt.

Thanks in advance

Could it be the muscles/ligaments stretching?

I had borderline SPD - not bad enough for the midwife to officially diagnose, but enough for it to be a nightmare trying to walk. I felt saddle-sore for months and had pains deep in my pelvis when I walked and stood. It took weeks for it to get back to normal after I had DD1 and was worse the second time around with DD2.

That sounds more like severe round ligament pain? Best to go to the referral appointment and see what they have to say though.
