Well I'm now 27+1 weeks pregnant. In the last two weeks I wake up between 5 and 6 in the morning very hungry. Due to having gallblader stones I have to eat something otherwise I will be in pain all day.
So here I'm in the kitchen making myself something to eat (good thing DH is already awake for going to work) as soon as I'm done eating I'm so tired I fall right back to sleep for another 2-3 hours and guess what I'm hungry again..

Now I know what moms meant with "enjoy the second trimester. First and third are the worst.."

I hope this will Change once baby is here. Or maybe not as I'm planning to breast feed.. SmileSmile

Lol, I was always hungry with both my pregnancies, it's so hard to not be tempted with food. I put on so much weight with my 1st tho then fell pregnant again after 3 months eek so had no chance to lose any weight, so it all added on. Good luck with breast feeding, I couldn't with my first but succeeded with my 2nd and I still am feeding him at nearly 8 months! It is worth all the hard work and tears Smile

You'll just be up every 2-3 hours because someone else will be hungry!

I went through a stage about the same time as you for a week or so needing to eat in the wee hours, it passed though :)

The only thing that will change when the baby arrives is that you won't be able to go back to sleep!
