Pregnancy symptoms- all over the place?!

Hi all,
I'm 7+3 into my first pregnancy and have been getting pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs, sickness etc.) for the last week or so. They haven't been very consistent and I was wondering if this is normal? My boss's wife recently had a mc and this has spooked me a little- she said she stopped 'feeling pregnant' at 8 weeks. Should I be worried if (can't believe I am asking this) if the boob pain and nausea eases off a bit? Or am I being paranoid and crazy? Any advice appreciated!

It's different for every mum-to-be, this is my second pregnancy and I sometimes feel sick and tried my boobs are a bit sore but not overly, but with my first I had no symptoms at all. Everyone different but if your that worried just talk to your midwife or gp to set your mind at rest I'm a worrier as well lol :)

Some people feel sick all the time and have sore boobs all the time but other people will feel sick/ sore boobs some of the time :)

HI, I'm about 7 + 2 and have also felt very different today!
Fingers crossed we're just paranoid first timers :-)

I'm 15+2 and my symptoms could be really bad one day and not there the next. It's normal :)

This is all making me feel better, thank you! Paranoia is my middle name Wink symptoms have been only recent and the waves of nausea been on and off- they are appeased with large amounts of salty, fatty food. Thanks foetus!
