I am 17 weeks pregnant with twins and am experiencing migraines and bad headaches most days.
I can't imagine that it is good to take paracetamol twice a day and it doesn't kill the pain. My glands are up at the moment as I've had a cold/flu but I had the migraines all through the last 17 weeks.
I'm seeing the doctor on Monday but any experiences / advice or alternative remedies appreciated.

I had to take paracetamol every 4-6 hours for the last 4/5 weeks of my twin pregnancy from the aches and pains of carrying them. I was in agony, my hips and thighs hurt so much. My consultant said to do this & to keep topped up on pain killers.

I would talk to your consultant about the migraines.

I had this from 13-17 weeks with dc1. acupuncture helped a bit but I think they just tailed off as my hormones changed. it was pretty horrid tbc so you have my sympathy.

not had I at all withdc2 - I'm now 27 weeks

Yes at around the same time as you, just as the sickness started to wear off Hmm
It did get better for me around 20 ish weeks. No remedies other than to chill out as much as you can.
How's your bp ?
