About £30. We will get another gift once the baby arrives so something just for the mum. It all seems so long ago for me I can't think of anything!
Thanks

Or gift voucher for a pedicure? Loved this as a bday prezzie from a friend

I know you say you will get something for the Mum but for me, I liked things the other way around as I was so obsessed with my PFBs arrival! My work bought a baby bath (handy!) and filled it with essentials e.g. cotton wool, nappy bags, nappy cream , nipple cream, nail clippers.. The sort of stuff a new Mum doesn't know you need! They tied it up with cellophane like a boquet and it looked amazing. Then after birth (when I realised that I actually did want to spent time away from my PFB) I got a voucher for a new Mum massage at a Clarins salon.

Get her a massage. I'd jump over my granny for a massage right now and I'm only 27wk! Book her a spa voucher somewhere she can choose a facial or a massage and have a swim. If you we my colleagues and did that for me I'd literally make you tea every day for the rest of my life :)

get her a smallish basket (wicker etc) and fill it with some pampering stuff, bio oil, moisturisers, bath boms, nice shampoos etc , so she can pamper herself before the birth and after !

In my office we did a collection and ended up with £175 so we bought mothercare vouchers (I knew that the girl would definitely use them).

I also bought a few extra gifts myself... Some baby clothes, a toy, mummy clip for pram, and a bracelet which I knew she'd like as she pointed it out to me previously (she uses it for breast feeding) Smile

A beauty salon voucher so she could choose a treatment. I treated myself to a pedicure as I couldn't reach!
