Hello everybody. Just got a delivery from Lush and noticed that my moisturiser has St John's Wort extract in it (somewhere way down the list of ingredients). I know it's dangerous to take it during pregnancy, but will it being in my moisturiser be a problem?

P.S. I'm not planning on eating it.

Hey,

I worked for Lush a few years back...
I used Imperialis moisturiser when taking the pill and it was fine, I know St. Johns Wort is something that they recommend against while on the pill too.

If you are unsure and want to be safe I would highly recommend Lush's Gorgeous moisturiser. It has the same consistency and is good for similar skin types, it is made from cold pressed essential oils too. Only down side is the price....although it lasts me a good 3 months.

Hope that helps a bit!
