First signs of labour?

What were yours? 38+3 and symptom spotting - really bad lower back ache, period pains, feel exhausted and have loads of pressure down below...

Would be nice to have some real experience!

I had none of your symptoms but then I never got past 4cm as my baby was soooooo enormous! She probably wasn't down so far. I felt really kind of distant all day, as if I was in a dream. Couldn't focus properly when people were asking me things. Mine started that night with a big pain!! Good luck, very exciting!!
