Vein down middle of nose?

I am taking medication for high blood pressure,but I still seem to have a really fast heart rate and I have had a vein appear down the middle of my face, right down my nose!

Has anyone else had this happen During pregnancy and please tell me it goes away after giving birth!

Did you have high blood pressure before you were pregnant? I can't relate but I think the blood vessels in your nose do expand, often causing nose bleeds, I'd go to docs and ask about it. X

Thanks. No I didn't, but I did have it last pregnancy and this never happened. Think ill have to ask the doc! Thanks
