13 weeks and feeling shit suddenly stopped!!!! Should I worry.

That's it really, 13 weeks and symptoms stopped. Woke up boobs not sore and don't feel sick.

Am I starting to bloom (seriously have felt so sick so would be welcome) or should I worry?
