Should I take more folic acid?

I was sick within half an hour of taking my Pregnacare, will it have been absorbed or should I take another one?

Can't wait for morning sickness to pass, I was never this bad with DS, I forgot how grim the first trimester is!

I personally wouldn't. If it was just folic acid I would have said yes as you can't have too much of it, you just wee out the excess but pregnacare has other vits in that you could have too much of.
