Developed red spots and blotches on my face

I've called the midwife and am waiting for a message but in the meantime has anyone had this. I'm 11 weeks pregnant
Last night suddenly noticed that I had little red spots and blotches on my face. They got a bit worse and have now calmed down a bit.
I feel fine, don't have a temperature and they're no where else. Also been vaccinated against measles and rubella.
Do you think I should be worried? I was sick last night (normal time for morning sickness) so not sure if that could have done something to my face?

Could it be an allergy do you think? Hopefully your MW will be able to help. Good luck

Could it be some form of acne? My skin has been terrible this pregnancy when previous pregnancies I have had lovely skin. My face is now always blotchy and spotty. Thank god for makeup

Mines the same, blotchy and spotty and I've got a bumpy rash on one if my hands that itched for a while. I've also been vaccinated and had all these illnesses anyway so I think it's my pregnancy. It's crap I know :(

I have had a constant red rash on my chin. Also have some spots on legs which can be itchy. Unfortunately after several visits to the docs it seems like another lovely pregnancy side effect xx

Thanks guys. Makes me feel less worried. Just seemed strange as I usually have great skin.

When I was violently sick I got a rash on my face - had broken a whole load of blood vessels.

apanic - ditto!! i have that now after bout of sickness on tues night. looks like little tiny bruises, and its worst around my eyes where the skin is more delicate. i actually burst blood vessels in my right eye earlier in my pg from retching so hard, the white of of the outer part of right eye was red for a good few week after.

I normally have sensitive skin with a touch of eczema. Pregnancy makes this lots worse. At the moment I have red blotches all round my mouth :(
