Should I take some time off work after a bleed at 6.5weeks?

I had a bleed monday night, it stopped over night and I had a scan on tuesday afternoon that showed a fetal heart beat and everything looked ok apparently, much to our relief. The sonographer showed me the area where the bleed was, she said sometimes this just happens and not to do anything strenuous for a few days until it settled down.
I have not had anymore bleeding.
I'm due to work at the weekend and have a pretty physically demanding job, would be on my feet for over 12 hours a day.
Do I go in, given that i feel ok.(but then I never had any pain or anything with the bleed either) Or should I stay home to be on the safe side?
I have had a MMC 4 years ago so anything abnormal worries me a bit.

I would stay home TBH. It might be fine but then they won't remember you came in, in 8 months but if the worst were to happen you would remember.(and maybe think what if)

Stay at home. I had a bleed at 30 weeks and was told to take it easy for a week. Am now 32 weeks and all is okay.

Frump I would stay at home, 100%. It would probably be completely fine but if it wasn't you would always think, what if.

Rest well

I would stay at home especially as your job sounds physically demanding. I had a bleed in my second pregnancy and was advised to put my feet up for a couple of days. I realise it's been a few days, you feel OK now and everything will probably be OK but you need to look after yourself and make sure everything has settled down.Have a good rest.

i would also recommend staying at home. I had bleeding from weeks 6-10 of my current pregnancy (following a MMC previously) and I took it easy, baby is currently doing fine (19 weeks)

Thank you for the advice everyone, I will be staying at home. If something did go wrong I would never forgive myself.
