Pain - pregnancy or endometriosis?

Just wondering whether any of you lovely ladies are pregnant having endometriosis? I've suffered for 10 years now and so am very happy to be pg as didn't think it would happen for us. My question is, if I'm still having sharp stabbing pains and cramps much like I'm used to with endo is this normal or could it be something else?
Its 10 weeks now since last period but booking in apt not for another 2 weeks so not certain yet on dates, and am just starting to worry that the further on I get the less normal the pains should be and dh is quite worried that the pain could be something else that needs checking out. I had thought that pg was meant to stop endo for a bit but as the pain is in all the usual suspect places i.e very focussed to the left and ahem down below I've not done anything about it. Would be great to hear of any other experiences/advice.

Hiya im 34+5 weeks pregnant and a sufferer of endometriosis my pains I usually associated with my endo (the stabbing/cramping) didnt stop till I was around 15 weeks pregnant, only you know your body and your pains so maybe give your local midwife/doctor a ring for a telephone appointment to raise your concerns they may move forward your booking appointment under your circumstances with your medical history, also the stabbing and cramping can be round ligament pain with your uterus start ing to stretch to accomodate baby Smile

Hi, it's my due date tomorrow - Grin - and I was diagnosed with endo three years ago.

When I first got pg, I had loads of standby cramps and pains - I ended up going for an early scan due to previous mcs, and everything was fine. Midwife said that it was implantation bleeding/cramps but that it was all fine. And obviously am ok now as at the end of my pregnancy and everything is great!! Had a relatively easy pregnancy too, so fingers crossed yours will be the same!

Good luck :)
