Oh my, just had a pregnancy massage (I'm 34+3 weeks pregnant) and boy was that what I needed! Full body tranquility is complete! I've never felt so light and comfortable since I fell pregnant, seriously I urge all you mum to be's to treat yourself to one when you are getting close to the end it is such a pick me up! (Mothers day treat anyone?) sorry just had to come on here and tell you all as most of my friends are no longer pregnant so noone seems interested on my Facebook, but seriously if somewhere offers this service near you go! I just had to have a note from my midwife to say I was allowed to have it done and had a quick consultation with the masuesse (sp?) before hand and then away we were, lovley experience! Smile

I had it done at a local beauty/holistic therapy salon (I'm in Redcar and Cleveland in case anyone else is i can private message you the name of the salon if your interested) and she laid me on one side surrounded with pillows and put a pillow between my knees too so your in a sort of nest then massaged all my side back and shoulders then moved round and did my arm then my top leg then I flipped over got positioned in the neat again and had the same repeated on my back shoulder other arm and other leg then she placed me on my back supported by loads of cushions so I wasn't squashed and did my legs and a a foot massage then she came behind me and did my chest shoulders and neck and face and head, all was done in a lovley warm cost setting with a special oil of pregnancy intended blend with candles burning etc it really was a full body treat plus the oil appears to have left my skin beautifully soft and scented!

If anyone is in London then spa nk (Notting hill and knightsbridge) do an amazing one on a bed that has a dent for belly and boobs. You get to lie on your front for a whole hour which was bliss alone for me. I had one at 38 weeks and it was a revelation. Quite pricey though so something to save for, but totally worth it.
