Maternity PJ's plus nightie for hospital

Hi,

Last time round I didn't have any maternity PJ's but this time I'm thinking it would be nice as we seem to be having more guests/staying away a bit more and something that fits me would be nice! I don't want to spend too much and would like a nursing top too as we're away on holiday not long after the baby is born, plus again have a few guests staying! Any recommendations?

While in labour last time I had two cheap Primark t-shirt nighties to wear, they were really tight even though I had bought a much bigger size! and much too short to feel happy about them! I looked quickly in Sainsburys the other day and although their nighties look a better size/length they were very pale colours and it's just not a good idea. Last time I was induced and so had an epidural so had to put on a hospital gown, am hoping that won't happen again so need to think of skin to skin accessibility too! Anyone have any ideas of where to look? I'm thinking I need a Granny style nightie, bug I'd prefer it not to look like a Granny's nightie!

Also while you're here...when do I need my bag packed by?! I can't remember?

Thanks

Do you have a TK Maxx near you? I picked up some great pjs and a nightie from there that will be perfect. Also Mothercare and JoJoMamanBebe do nice stuff, or Mamas and Papas.

Yes Mothercare do fab nighties which have buttons in the front for breast feeding, v reasonable too. I have my bag packed for 4 weeks in advance, you never know Smile then again I am a Virgo and prone to moments of OCD Blush

Have you looked online at m&s? Very reasonable price

I got a nice pair of maternity pjs from Verbaudet - very roomy trousers (adjustable) and a top with a deep V. Wore after the birth too.
