Pelvic Discomfort - worth seeing physio?

I'm almost 29 weeks pregnant & have been experiencing pelvic discomfort for about a month - it is regularly so bad that I have to sit/lie down. Things I particularly struggle with are: kneeling, standing for more than 5 mins, walking uphill. It is worse in the evenings & at times I'm having difficulty managing my 4-year old. It feels like a burning sensation in my pubic bone.

But it's not consistent & sometimes I feel fine, especially on days when I work as I have a desk job.

Is this normal?

Where I live you can self-refer to physio. I don't want to waste a physio's time, or take up an appointment that someone else needs.

Is it worth a physio appointment?

Yes! It's best to get yourself checked, I just hope you get an appointment soon though. I was referred over a month ago but I'm still waiting for an appointment. In the meanwhile I went to see an osteopath so I'm managing fine.
