anyone recommend a pregnancy workout DVD?

I am looking for a light workout for unfit mums-to-be - any recommendations appreciated. Thanks!

I've been using these two:

  • Suzanne Bowens's Pregnancy Workout "Lean and Toned"
  • "Complete Pregnancy Fitness" with Erin O'Brian

They are both reasonably challenging but they encourage you to break if you need to and you could always do sections rather than the whole thing.

I got '10 Minute solution - Prenatal Pilates' DVD for £5. It's very good. It is tiring but the workouts are only 10 minutes each, so you won't collapse.

I'll second the Erin O'Brien one. And Tara Lee's pregnancy yoga is excellent.

Exactly what growyourown just said. Erin O'Brien is great and extremely doable (and not annoying, at least I didn't find her annoying but I quite like upbeat Californians!). Tara Lee yoga is also great, had never really done yoga before and it is very straightforward.
Both of them (in different ways) feel like you're getting a proper workout. Especially the Erin one. I hate pregnancy exercise that doesn't even make you slightly warm.

For a gentle workout I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Davina McCall DVD. The Erin DVD is a bit more demanding.

The pregnancy bar workout is nice, as it is very low impact (and has lots of modifications depending on your level), but is still hard enough to see results (mine may not be quite the ballerina body yet, but here's hoping!). I have the 10 min Pilates too, and agree that it's effective but I find it a bit hectic, as she tries to squish everything into the sections.
