SPD or just baby's head in my bum (to be blunt about it....)

Essentially, every time I am stood up or sat up or moving around, I feel pressure in my bum, almost as it I wanted to do a huge poo (sorry tmi). It's not a labour-type, ready to push 'must poo now' feeling but just really heavy. Is this part of SPD or is it baby's head getting really stuck down?

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow (hurrah hurrah), high risk of prem labour, baby's head pretty low down on scan a couple of weeks ago, irritable uterus, generally struggling. Have had some SPD type pain in left buttock and occasionally down my leg and am now practically immobilised due to constant Braxton Hicks and general discomfort when walking. Today has been so uncomfortable. Bump is generally low down, all the movement I feel now is below my bellybutton and sometimes down in my groin. With DS2 I remember just before he was born his head was so far down (and I was so ready to pop) that I could literally touch it....

Hi, I'm new here so please bear with me.

So basically i'm currently 2 days late on my period, usually i'm like clockwork each month.
I did a test a few days ago and could see a line but thought it must be evap, Today i did another test and can definitely see the cross in the test window but i'm unsure if thats evap too or not? I will buy a pink dye test tomorrow but has anyone had this before and been pregnant or not? 1st picture is the other days test and 2nd is today.

Thank you Smile
