Out of date, open yogurt

I'm having a bit of a stress and wondered what other's think...

I'm newly PG and have just eaten some Total yogurt which is pasteurised cows milk and 'live active yogurt cultures'. It was in date and tasted/smelt fine. It was in date, but I opened it several weeks ago (1st September I think, maybe earlier?) and it says to eat within 5 days of opening. I only saw this after I'd eaten it.

Now worried about Listeriosis and the like. Has anyone else worried about this kind of thing? do you think I'm right to worry? Is there anything I should/could do?

Any advice appreciated!

I always eat yoghurt which is WELL out of date, if it smells/tastes ok. I figure the live bacteria keep it ticking over nicely science face

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get listeria from pasteurized yoghurt regardless of how out of date it is. I think the worse that can happen is that it tastes a bit gross and goes off. The fact that it tasted nice and you didn't throw it up is a bonus! Either way, it wouldn't harm your pregnancy as far as I know. I've had yogurt past the "when opened eat by" date in my pregnancy. And milk. The only real issue is with raw dairy... :)
