I am so scared. Have been with dp for 4 months but have known him since we were in school (we're 21). We are moving in together in November, so we're serious and I really do love him so much.

I have recently been extra emotional, like getting all testy when we talk about the move etc and I have woken up feeling sick for the last few days.

I'm on the pill (cerazette) and take it at the same time everyday, I always have. He lives quite far away so only see him at weekends at the moment as I'm really busy at work, so if I am, it could have happened at any time.

I don't know, I'm rambling now sorry. Basically I'm just checking. I should poas right?

Yup, POAS! No way to know otherwise!

Thanks, but I was slightly hoping you were going to say, "doesn't sound like it to me".

Will do it Friday when I'm with dp, he wants to be there

It really is the only way to know. Your symptoms could go either way - lets face it, us girls can get emotional and teary at anything,
How will you feel if it is +ve? But also spare a thought for how you'd feel if it was -ve

Good luck, hope all goes well.x

If I was an overly emotional person I wouldn't think twice about it. But it really doesn't take much to set me off.

I'm only worried about poasing because I don't know when it would have happened so if it's really recent like last week, is it likely to be positive?

We have talked about coming off the pill next year and letting nature take it's course so if it's positive it wouldn't really be the end of the world, just a lot earlier than I would have liked. If its negative I think dp will be slightly upset as he loves the thought of having dc with me but we'll just carry on with our original plan

It's entirely possible that your symptoms are stress related, I get nausea and tearful when I'm pushing worry to the back of my mind.
The only way you will know for sure is to POAS, it's nice that your DO wants to be there for you, I hope you get the result bet for you both Smile

I know it could be and that's what I said, but was like "well, even when you're stressed normally, you just get a migraine", then I worried, especially when I nicked his Jam on toast the other day (I don't like jam)
