can someone talk me through my notes? my sonographer has BUGGERED them up :(

so.. first pregnancy scared as fuck
im 20 weeks
i had a scan this week
im due 27/12
shes put on my notes im due 02/01/13

so does this mean that im now due in january because of my DD's size?
does this mean she inputted the EDD wrong?
does anyone know what all of the BPD's, FL's, HC's and AC's mean.. what should they be? are mine okay?!

all i know is that i was told at the scan that DD's belly was measuring at 21+5.. and so i got all worried and am trying to look at my notes :(

stacey- closer to a 12, but yes, fairly petite in the grand scheme of things and only 5'4!
me and DP have been so off, we thought it was a boy, then thought it would be massive because DP is 6'4 and rather large rounded..

willyou- very true, going to eat the rest of the galaxy bar i started last night.. its a large one... nom.

baby bubbs is clearly going to be stubborn, therefore i shall keep us both happy on this very very..very long road with chocolate, maybe she will grow a bit as well because my arse seems to be growing rather rapidly....

alberts- also very true, i want a natural, whale singing, water birth with no-one shoving their hands in me, DD clearly wants this too :)

Ah dOnt feel stupid!

(you're the same size/height as me) my previous babies came 9 days early (by hospital dates) and were 6lb 14 and 7lb respectively. Baby bubbs will be just perfect and turn up when she wants!!

please dont worry my due date for dc 1 changed at every scan, i had 8, and with dd it changed 3 times, its changed twice in this pregnancy. its just one of those things :)

Agree with greenwichgroove. You'll look back and realise that the edd is just a marker. My midwife said 3% of babies are actually born on the edd. I had this with our first baby. Moved the edd to later (sonographer was business like and horrible) and she came 6 weeks early!

Also don't under estimate your hormones at the mo. You think you're completely rational- you're not!

The sonographer has not buggered up your notes at all. An EDD is an estimated date not a fixed one.

When I went for my 20 weeks scan the sonographer said that she would have put our baby at 2 weeks further along but she didn't bother to change my EDD because i was so sure of my dates, and also she doesn't think it is necessary to change an EDD after every scan.

Don't get so hung up on something that actually doesn't really matter.

This is why hand held notes are a bad idea, we are not expected or trained to know what it all means, leave it to the experts, if there was a problem, believe me you would have been told.

sorry, dont mean that to be harsh to you, its a scarey time, I just have never understood the hand held notes sytem, it causes worry unnecessarily.
