Im going to a wedding this weekend and I thought I'd treat myself to eyelash extensions because I look pretty pale and in interesting whilst pregnant!
I am booked in tomorrow and thought I'd have a wee look online to see what the result would be as I've never had them before.
The first picture I looked at was from a salon that said they wouldn't do this treatment if you were pregnant.
I thought I'd check with the salon I was booked in with and they hadn't heard of it but checked with the supplier and sure enough, new advice says you can't have them. The salon was very embarrassed that they didn't already know this but it is new advice.. So ladies just to let you know really.

I have eyelashes done all the time and 28 weeks. Like everything you need to use a bit of common sense and your own discretion, do what feels right for you. I just struggle with being comfortable for the time it takes to do them and prefer lying on my side but otherwise no issues. Everyone is different

It might be worth a try but I always had gel overlays before getting pregnant, and at a consultant appointment she suggested I maybe stop getting them done.
Didnt really give a good reason other than they're not great for your nail health etc etc but she might have had a point.
I kept getting them for a few months but they weren't lasting, starting to peel when they never had before and now I've gone without for a couple of months, my nails have just about recovered.
I've taken breaks from gels before and my nails were always still strong and healthy but they're wrecked in pregnancy so I'm blaming hormones 🤷‍♀️
