Yolk sac still there at 10+6 thats ok yeah?

I had a lovely scan yesterday and saw my little one wriggling about all arms and legs- beautiful.
The yolk sac was still there and the sonographer said that's fine it will go away soon. The other sonographer didn't seem at all worried.
So what do I stupidly do... Google! Bloody Google! Now I'm all freaked out and worried that it hasn't gone yet.
I'm going back in a couple of weeks.
My notes say viable pregnancy and I saw the heartbeat and the baby wriggling. I should be barred from Google!

Someone talk some sense into me/ experience of the same thing please? I'm worried and teary as it is. I think work think I've lost the plot!

Aw how exciting iloveholidays! We could well share a due date; 14th Nov? I think though it may change, it didn't with my second.

I've worked out 14th Nov, although the sonographer didn't actually give me a due date. I wasn't sure on my due date as still breastfeeding DD2 and only one period which was beginning of December. Is this your third? I've got 2 girls.

I've got another scan next Thursday so will confirm date then.

I'm back next week too for the nuchal fold and the blood test. I'm nervous, I don't think it gets any less the worry.

Yes, funny to think people are due on the same day as me!! :) Yes, I've got the nuchal fold and blood test. Sonographer did say "there's the nuchal fold all looks fine but too early to do a measurement" so hopefully all goes well next week. That was before she turned round and said that she hadn't seen any arms... then quickly looked for them realising it was a stupid thing to say!! :)

I've had exactly the same nausea as with my first 2, so assuming another girl. Fed up with it now, although definitely starting to feel better during the day. Mornings and evenings are now bad, rather than 24/7!!

How old are your boys? My girls are 3 and 13 months.

Mine didn't mention anything about the nuchal fold measurement, I cannot believe she said she couldnt see any arms! What an idiot!
Mine are nearly 1 and nearly 2! La la la 3 under 3 is fine!
I have no inkling with this one, I knew DS2 was a boy by 6 weeks. DS1 it was all such a blur that I was actually pregnant I didn't really think about the sex!
We will find out though, I'm an impatient one. My morning sickness has been much earlier and felt nauseous all day where I didn't with the boys, time will tell (I obviously want to know right now!)

Yeah I've had similar comments as DD1 has only just turned 3. I keep saying short term pain for long term gain... Think it will be lovely being close in age as they get older.

We didn't find out the sex with the girls but are going to this time to stop all the comments about having 3 of the same sex. DP has 3 sisters and I have 2 so kind of expected it. I'm desperate to know this time.

Sorry ladies... No experience of the yolk sack etc but thought I'd say Hi as I'm due on or around 14th nov too! Haven't had a scan yet so might change especially as I didn't have a period after my MC in feb so can't be 100%.

Sorry to hear about your MC. I wasn't sure on my dates either until my scan (still bf-ing DD) and was actually a week later than I thought.

This will be my second dc already have a ds2.6. Have been feeling pretty rubbish but think I'm coming out the otherside now thank goodness. My scan is a week today. Going to be the longest week of my life I think!

Thats how I'm feeling. Its been horrendous, but definitely starting to feel better during the day time at least. I can cope with it in the evenings as the kids are in bed!! :)

I've got another scan week today. I can imagine its horrendous having to wait!
