I've taken too many Pregnacare in one day

I've really upset myself, over reacting like normal! In my pregnancy state! I'm 25 wks and have taken by accident 2 Pregnacare tablets in the last 12 hrs,approx 6 hours between.
Have I put my baby at risk,please help I am worried.

Take a Deep breath. Read the directions on the box. It's vitamins, you've only done it once so you are probably fine. Call your doctor in the morning if your still worried. If you are so worried you can't sleep call nhs24.

I am a Pharmacist and know that it takes alot of vitamin tablets to overdose so I am pretty sure you and your baby will be absolutely fine.

I was told by my MW to take two pregnacare a day when I was anaemic in my first pregnancy and it was fine, just gave me orange wee!

No reason to panic. It's ok.
