good things about overdue

I'm heading for overdue-ness - for the third time! I'm heavy, have chronic heartburn, rib pain, stress incontinence and can't sleep.

But I LOVE the expression on people's face when they ask when baby's due and I say 'it was due last Sunday...'

Anything else good about going 'over'? (I'm trying to keep my pecker up, here!)

We are still in hospital as she has been in nicu for a bit but allowed on the ward with me last night, hopefully will be home by Tuesday

Her name is Anouk anastasia she was 7lbs

How about you any news yet???? Fingers crossed x

hi hokeycakey our beautiful baby boy was born on 12/2/2012 weighing 10lbs!!!!! (8 days overdue) He is so gorgeous and we have so far named him Henry.not decided order of middle names.

Labour on and off for a few nights then finally got going at midnight contractions every 10 minutes stayed at home till 0630hrs couldnt cope any more, the midwife didnt believe I was in labour until I was examined and was 7cm. He finally arrived 12.42hrs. There was some slight difficulty of delivering the shoulders but not a dystocia. This time the pushing was the hardest bit.

Currently breast feeding going ok so far.

Congratulations!!! And what a big boy not surprised pushing was the hardest bit! We are doing fine, straight into the swing of sleepless nights :)
