I have just had a scan at 20 weeks and they have found a Amniotic Band does any1 know if its danger for the baby i need help am so worried xx

Band still very much there, doctor couldn't be sure if it was touching baby but it is very close. All limbs were checked and everything seems to be fine, baby growing as normal so very grateful for that. Another scan booked for 32 weeks, so back to having everything crossed and hoping that nothing happens in the mean time x

Hiya, well that is brill that everything is still looking fine with babys growth hun. Did the doctor say say as baby grows it may move out of the way? They sound a bit vague with if it was touching?
It sounds positive though and at least if anything does change by 32 weeks they could book you in for a planned birth.

We are starting to have a proper bump now and he wriggles very low down in my pelvis at times which is a bit uncomfortable but all is good! It has gone very quick hasnt it!!

Are u booked in for any more scans re the band? lucy xx
