I'm 22 weeks pregnant and suffering regularly from one of the above, I'm not sure which!

It feels like burning from my throat and down my chest. I've read that this is common in pregnancy but just wondered if anyone had any useful tips/remedies.

I've got Rennie which sometimes work but not always and have also tried drinking cold milk...this soothes it for a time but it always comes back!

Any help would be greatly appreciated Smile

My auntie recommended drinking a bit of cold milk before a meal. I've tried it and it defo helped.

I'm 17 weeks and I have been getting this all the way through. It's annoying but I find Rennies work.

I'm another Gaviscon swigger- it does work. You're advised to take it after a meal and/ or before bedtime- but watching your diet definitely helps, and not eating big meals in the evening. Love Hearts is more fun, though!
