I had sinusitis when I was pg last year with ds and the doc told me I just had to deal with it and there was nothing I could take. It was sheer hell!! I've never been in so much pain!!

Now I've got it again Has anyone been told of anything that they definately can take in pg to help ease it? Obviously I'll check with the doc if I have to but don't want to use up an appointment and go all the way there to be told no again!!

Had this recently and my dh gave me something called 'menthol chrystals B.P' you can get them from a good pharmacist. They blew my head off over a small bowl with towel over head, but combined with paracetamol, it will go. You put them in a bowl of boiling water. Your eyes will stream but the relief.....better than sex!!!

Lemsips new one 'sinus' is also good, not sure about pg. But those crystals are fantastic.

Finally had my sinuses operated on after years of pain. Now they are all open and lovely and colds/sinus infections just aren't as bad as last pregnancy. A drastic option obviously but one that was worth it for me!
