Evening Primrose oil....

Has anyone tried EPO and did it work? I have seen you can take tablets or use them vaginally so I was just wondering if anyone can recommend it or if its more trouble than its worth!

Wow very old post! Anybody had any recent experience with EPO.. 37 weeks very puffed up fed up and tired extremely bad back and expecting big baby!

I tried it because I have cervical stenosis and it did absolutely nothing! I cant say whether it would have helped or not if I didn't have scarring but what works for one person doesn't always work for the next. Just have a discussion with your midwife to make sure there are no hard and fast reasons why you should avoid it (health related risks etc).
