If yes, what did you do differently?

I know, I'm clutching at straws again but AF on her way again Sad.

We have had tests and currently waiting to start Clomid. My results all ok but 7% morphology - although the Consultant seemed to give us the impression this is not too much of a problem??

It took me nearly two years, and I was on my second month of clomid before I concieved. Please dont get upset if it doesnt work the first month, it takes time to get in your system.

After so long and being sick and tired of not getting pregnant I tired a 'cup' to keep everything in place (TMI I am sorry but its what worked for us). Its supposed to be used while your on your AF, but instead I used it to help keep everything in. You should be able to find them on the internet and they're not expensive.

I really hope and pray you get your bfp. There is nothing worse when you try to take your mind off things and everyone and everything just reminds you.

Yes we tried for a year knowing I had problems. (partially blocked tube, sever endometriosis and scarring from surgeries) My eggs were not good quality and we were told it was unlikely the ivf would work. First attempt failed and 2nd attempt nearly ended due to a cyst. However despite the odds I am now 18wks pregnant.

Second time round I was relaxed too so I think it is a lot to do with it. Good luck.

I got pregnant the second month we stopped trying after 2 1/2 years. (when I say stopped trying I mean charting ovulation etc) I think I was so stressed about it we gave up and were about to go for tests when it happened. The reduction of stress and anxiety over it may have helped me but good luck I completely understand your frustration xxx

My DH and I tried for 4 years and am now 14 weeks pg.
Eventually plucked up the courage to go to the Dr a year ago and had all kinds of test some particularly unpleasant (do not recommend HSG eww!) Finally discovered I have a huge endometrial cyst on one ovary which has caused so much scarring that the whole tube is blocked. Was put on waiting list for lap proceedure to remove cyst and unblock tube but was also told that if damage was too bad whole tube would have to be removed.
Fell pregnant naturally in the meantime!!
I won't say "relax and it will happen" as when people said that to me I used to get an uncontrolable urge to staple their fingers to their face. All I know is that it happened for us, don't know why or how as was more stressed that month than any other time in my life. All I can say though is that I finally stopped beating myself up and thinking I was doing something wrong, that there was a medical problem that was noone's fault.
I totally understand how hard it is, I'm 31 and seriously considered dragging my husband to a lay-by behind McDonalds for a quicky as it seems to work everytime if you're 16 unemployed and stupid! Don't ask me why every advert, programme and song on TV is about babies either, they just are!!
Sending all my good wishes to you (no baby dust though as choked on my fair share of that!) As you can see a very dark sense of humour got me through the day, just get through it whichever way you can and never appologise for how you feel
xx

i got pregnant after eight years after deciding not to bother as wanted to go back to uni.

i have pcos and until a year and a half ago I weighed 16 and a half stone.

i am now 9 and a half and probably this and a good diet has meant that I could get pregnant.

We tried for over 2 years with our third. I must admit I got extremely stressed over the whole thing and I think I was actually underweight which can work against you too.
Anyway, I went to an accupuncturist for about 5 months and then we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely villa in France which had been in something like homes and gardens, it was so beautiful, we felt so relaxed and, bingo, third was conceived!!
Just as a follow up too, we then decided to try for a fourth and that only took a few months to conceive, now 30 weeks, so sometimes your body is just a funny thing!
I wish you loads of luck.

we were TTC for nearly three years, had all the tests which showed nothing wrong, had one round of natural IUI and fell, although might have been that quickie we had the evening OVed that month ;-)

it feels like the longest ever time waiting and not knowing if it will ever happen - I remember it well - feel for you, but our story shows there can always be hope X

Yes - took 2yrs. Had all the tests after a year and nothing found except an endometrial cyst on ovary. Had surgery to remove it and was pg few weeks later. Drs couldn't say for sure if the cyst was def the problem - had also booked in for IVF following surgery and we had 2 appts before realising was pg! Like others on here, think the combination of knowing there was a medical reason that was now fixed plus having booked IVF so felt was doing something about it helped. Also had a fab holiday with DH just before surgery where we had such a great time, after months of emotional stress, and I decided that if we did end up just two of us I was still a v. lucky lady. Am now 23 weeks pg.
