owww. I've had a cough for a couple of weeks (left over from a coldy bug) and in the past few days have pulled some kind of muscle sort of in the area of my left rib. Thought bump discomfort etc was bad/annoying but tis nothing to this - have to get DH to push/lift me up from the sofa/bed/bath as it's so painful and can't cough without pain so am trying to do useless mini coughs to limit pain. It's also agony moving about in bed at night.
I've pulled muscles from coughing in the past so know it can be this painful, but is there any way I can make it heal up any quicker/limit more pain? Odd one I know.
