hi sorry for tmi
today i have been going to the toilet lots with the runs and last couple of times it has been like water (sorry) have had mild tummy ache, not sure if this is the runs or braxton hicks and mild back ache.
any advice?

Well it is a bit odd when some of your stuffing comes out! Doesn't feel right at all.
