Hi, DS is 2.5 years and I thought he was ready to potty train as he kept asking to use the potty (didnt do anything but..) and then took himslef to the loo at nursery. Started saturday and has umpteen accidents and a couple in the right place. Yesterday much better. 6 wees/poos in the potty with much excitement all round, only 2 accidents. Could even tell me with a nano-second warning that he needed to go. so I think he's def ready. However, I work 4 days each week and so he's at nursery today. I just spoke to them and he's poo'd twice in his pants, got upset and then only wee'd in a pull up ( he was naked yesterday) should I stay at home for a week to sort this, but then he has to go to nursery sometime? Or do I just leave him and know it will prob take longer?
