DS just doesnt want to sit down!

My DS is ok weeing into the toilet (just like daddy - inc splashing on the floor)but just doesnt want to sit down on a potty; on a childs toilet seat or on the grown up toilet seat. Thought it might be cos he has a skinny little bottom and its uncomfy... any advice? x

Am watching with interest; have just posted above about my ds's refusal to sit on the potty for poss, and is happy standing and weeing and says he wants to stand up to poo. Not even going to go there......

DS never sat down to wee. It does mean pooing took a bit longer I think but I reallly don't see it as a problem. Apart from of course that now DD wants to wee standing uo like her brother!

ha ha - a stand up poo, now there's a thought! Yuk. Its funny isnt it, there's always something we're worrying about with their development in terms of how quickly they do something...this seems to be one of the last things. But now preggers with no 2, have got it to come all over again!
