4 year old can't stop going to the toilet

My 4 year old DS cannot stop going to the toilet! Sometimes it is literally every other minute and each time he says he really needs to go. He doesn't drink particularly much in fact my two year DS drinks twice as much, goes probably half the amount of times if not less and is completly free of nappies. 4 year DS still has completely soaked nappies at night. Advice please!
