DS1 is 3.3 and potty trained pretty easily at 2.4.

He's always sat down on the loo to wee though, and it hadn't crossed my mind to change this, but now we've come back from holiday with a number of friends and lots of their kids of similar ages wee standing up.

When did your boy get the hang of this?

Ds got the hang of it at the back end of last summer. He was 4 at the end of October. He still chooses to sit more than stand though. I leave it up to him as I don't think it matters one way or another as long as he is happy with it.

ds peed standing up from around 2 1/2 as otherwise I had to strip him from the waist down for him to sit down to pee which was a pain when we were out and about.

My 2.10 ds just last night did a wee standing up, after seeing his brother doing it. We were so excited! Have to say, my oldest didin't start weeing standing up until he started nursery (took him a few months--3.4ish).

2 days sitting on toilet, then onto a stool (supervised).

he was 3.7 though and tall.
