When to stop using nappies overnight/nap times

My DD1 is 2.5 years. We potty trained her at 2y 2mo about 6 weeks before her brother arrived on the scene. Luckily, we only experienced slight regression, and she always does poos on the potty, on the toilet if we're away from home, and has maybe two wee accidents a week at most.

She's always worn pull ups at nap time and overnight, but they're always sodden when she gets up in the morning, and yesterday in her nap she pooed in her pull ups which she's never done. Is this a sign that maybe we should have taken her out of pull ups at bed time sooner, as I feel like she's got too used to being 'lazy' and not needing to do wees or poos on the potty? How do you go about going overnight without a nappy?

I believe some mothers chose to put their children to bed without nappies at the same time as potty training in the day. Any sage advice, wisdom? TIA.
