Ok we had a real battle getting ds1 potty trained, it took 2 months on the 2nd attempt but he was finally there - even on a long car journey he was able to wait until we stopped and he was telling us every time he needed to go, no accidents at all for 6 weeks.

THEN, he had a couple of accidents just before Christmas - we put it down to all the excitement of Christmas and stuff and tried to play it down, not react etc, but then it just got worse and worse and we are now back to square one where he will only remember to go if he is bare bottomed. It was his 3rd birthday just after Christmas as well.

He starts pre school next week and I think he is anxious about this, I also think that he never really wanted to be potty trained in the first place but as I have a 10 month old baby as well I was keen to get him out of nappies. I just don't know where to go from here.

Some support/advice please, am really fed up!

Have no advice but hoping someone else will! DS was dry for 2 weeks and has then regressed also. It only took him 2 weeks to get totally dry day and night and just as I was feeling that we were all ok this weekend he has wee'ed everywhere during the day and and at night! AArgh!
