DD was exactly the same and I know its quite common. There were various things we tried but tbh, I think it was just something she got used to in her own time iyswim ?

We potty trained about 12 weeks ago and, whilst she'll now happily poo in the potty (and has done for the last 6weeks or so), she won't do it in the toilet and is reluctant to do it in the potty when we're out and about. It was such a relief when she stopped holding it in though and going regularly on the potty
