My DD has been toilet training for 11 months now.(second attempt, gave up first time after 6 months) She wets her self every day up to 7 times. She has constipation, but is on Meds which mean she has painless movements now.She also has Poo accidents, up to 3 times a day. She has had so few dry days I can count them on one hand. Tried everything, charts, etc. GP not interested till she is 7! Help, I am starting to get really down about this.

Poor you! change GP! she might have a UTI, which means she can't control herself or some other problems, as the doctors checked any of those? Are the meds taking the sensations away ? (i.e. she can't feel anything?)
You can try to take her to the toilet regularly (every hour?), before accident happens don't wait for her to ask, and if she says no, just tell her to try. Have you try to make her clean her mess and change herself? (after a while they usually find it is easier to just go to the toilet)
Sorry I am not much help but I didn't want your email to stay unanswered.

Thanks, know my email is a bit of a depressing one!! We take her hourly and still get wet knickers +++ She can go to the loo and be wet 10 min later. She has to change herself, put in the washing machine, go up and get dry things already, doesn't help. Changing GP sounds like a plan, not checked for UTI so I am going to see someone else next week. Thanks for your advice x
