Potty Training Bootcamp - How do you do it?

Can anyone recall the bootcamps? What was the gist of the technique?

Dunno but bumping with interest.

Today I put DS in underpants and put the potty out, explaining that if he needed a wee or a poo he should take them off and use the potty (he is fine when wearing nothing at all on his bottom half at home).

A short time later he called me excitedly "I did a poo! Mummy I did a poo!" and he was was running towards me excitedly and almost unsteady in his excitement holding the potty out with a poo in it looking totally chuffed with himself.

Turns out he pooed and weed in his pants, took them off and emptied the poo into the potty and then put them back on.

Buying huge numbers of leggings for DD so I didn't mind about the laundry (they were a good investment).

Resisting the temptation to ask her if she wanted to go all the time, even if she was hopping up and down.

Doing stress-busting things like having a good dance to Blondie (with DD, not by myself )if it all got too much.
