My 3 year old won't wear a nappy anymore but refuses to use the potty or toilet

Anyone else had this? What do I do!! Whenever I try to encourage either he just screams, shouts and cries.

I had this; I'm afraid I had to say 'well, if you won't even sit on the potty you'll have to put a nappy back on, I don't mind if you have accidents, but you do need to try out the potty'... that would make her sit on it.

That's what I'd been saying all day until I posted this thread. We got into a viscious circle of me pinning him down and putting his nappy on and him taking it off 5 seconds later.

Have you found a solution??

We have days of this, then she decides to wear a nappy again... then we do the whole thing again!

will he wet himself, or just hold it and hold it till you put a nappy on?
