Potty training after a UTI from holding wee, any advice?

So I started potty training my 3yr old daughter. She held her pee that led to UTI and she is on antibiotics. How can I break this cycle? Is there any mum who faced the same and cracked the code? Please provide some guidance

Have you contacted the charity Eric yet? They have some great advisors, definitely get in touch if you haven’t yet.
I’m wondering if you will have to go low pressure short time nappy free and build it up as she gets more comfortable. I have a poo withholder and for her I always let her watch tv while she sits on the potty when I can tell she needs to go. I guess bribery is going to be your friend here.
