Potty training advice

Hello everyone, just wanting some advice on potty training my 26 month old!

The past two weeks I’ve been sitting her on the potty and a handful of times she has done a wee. We have a chart and a basket full of knickers and toys during toilet time.

I would say 3-4 days out of the week she will do a wee on the potty when sat on it.
She doesn’t tell me when she does a wee but sometimes tells me she’s done a poo.

Anyone else in this phase and wondering what to do or have been through it and can give advice. Oo

I think you just continue as you are and eventually she'll get it, but it may happen quickly or very gradually over months. Or backtrack entirely at points. You just have to try not to get frustrated or make too much of a thing of it- which is the tricky part. The miss Rachel potty episode and book with bean are really good. Also potty superhero really stuck with my little girl she still says ' I'm a superhero ' after going to the toilet. Honestly she still has some accidents nearly a year on from starting training. I also used stars and games of teddies using the potty and getting stars. Be really excited about successes but very blase about accidents just ' everyone has accidents' not making it a thing. Eventually it will click.

Thank you!! I don’t know anyone with young children so don’t know who to ask haha.
I do all of the praises with wees on the potty with sticker chart rewards and she seems quite happy to sit on it until she’s done a wee most of the time.
I just definitely did not want to start too early and go back and unsettle her even more.
