3.5 year old won’t potty train

I am on the second attempt (first time was a few months ago) of potty training my DD 3.5 years. She is aware of when she needs to go but now she’s got no nappy she just holds it. She went from 7 this morning until 7 tonight without going. She only went because I put a nappy on for bed. I keep asking her all day if she wants to go but she completely refuses to sit on the potty or the toilet. Has anyone else had the same with their DC? Any advice!!

Bribery. We picked out some chocolate buttons. At first she got one just for sitting on the potty while I was in the toilet myself. Then she got one for sitting on it, one extra one if she weed in it and if she did a poo in the potty she got a mini ice cream/ lolly out of the freezer.

Maybe not my proudest mothering moment junk food wise but my daughter potty trained whilst still in nappies.

Before this the suggestion of trying the potty was bringing a lot of tears. After a while obviously we stopped replenishing the treats but the habit was established then.
